About Me


You might be wondering who I am and why I’ve done this. Hi, my name is E.T. Parker.

The simple truth is, I’m an ordinary American with, as Liam Neeson put it in Taken, “A very particular set of skills.” I am a professional software engineer and web developer. I hold two science degrees and a number of additional certifications in data science and data handling. I am a published writer in literature, short stories, essays, pop culture, technical writing, and marketing. One of my science degrees is broad and covers all sciences, from economics and statistics to biology. The other is specialized in broadcast technology, which focused not only on engineering, but on media literacy, mass media in a democracy, recognizing propaganda, and more.

This uniquely positioned me to analyze, organize and display the large amount of information contained within Project 2025 in a digestible, comprehensible fashion.

Nobody paid me to do this. I published the website at my own expense, on my own time. I am the only person involved in the site’s creation, organization, and analysis. I cannot afford to advertise it (and do note that the website is being presented without ads – I have not monetized it.) I’m not doing this for money. If you enjoy it and think it’s a valuable resource, please share it widely.

If the site gets as popular as I am hoping it will, I won’t be able to keep it online without help. If you’re so inclined to donate, it would be much appreciated and your proceeds would be used to support the website and keep it online and supporting visitors for as long as possible.

I believe that Project 2025 is a dangerous, deeply unAmerican plan intended to destroy our democracy, country, and even planet as we know it. The scientist in me still believes that I can change hearts and minds by presenting the plan as-is, then countering it with sourced, factual arguments as to why the plan is dangerous, rather than resorting to histrionics.

About This Website

Here’s a brief primer on the website.

  1. Quotes taken directly from the Project 2025 document appear in large blue text.
  2. If I’m quoting a cited source or news article, that’s in bold type.
  3. If text appears in red, like this, then it’s a link to a source that’s being cited.
  4. All other writing, commentary, analysis, and creation and organization of this website is my own.
  5. “Material Contributors” are contributors to Project 2025, not to this website. I am the sole creator of this website.
  6. “Advisory Board” are the companies on the advisory board for Project 2025, not for this website.
  7. Most of the bite-sized briefs can be found in context within the contextual analyses. These have been pulled out in order to quickly address particular questions.
  8. The way this website was approached was that I read Project 2025 in order, pulling quotes out and researching/analyzing as I went. 100% of the document is not included here, only what I specifically wanted to address (and frankly, a lot of it is the history of this or that government department, and not pertinent to their plans.) The quotes are word-for-word, and have not been altered.
  9. The contextual analyses paint the most coherent picture of Project 2025. Each quote I pulled out was tagged and categorized. You can see the results of those in “Browse by Section”, and “Browse by Topic.” Many quotes appear in more than one topic, because they are cross-referenced. For example, the quote “End USCYBERCOM’s participation in federal efforts to “fortify” U.S. elections to eliminate the perception that DOD is engaging in partisan politics.” would appear in both the Election Security and the Department of Defense (The DOD) topics, as it references both.
  10. The “Browse by Section” pieces are presented with the quotes pulled in the order that they appeared in the Project 2025 document, so it’s a linear progression.
  11. I am basing my estimate reading times for articles on a modest 250 words per minute. Many people read far more quickly than this.
